Why do we need to STABILISE the VOLTAGE in our cars?
 

The function of Alternator in the car is to produce Electrical Power to run the engine and other Electrical Equipment and at the same time, charge the Battery in the car. The voltage range produce by an Alternator is 13.5V to 15V.

If you take a closer look at our car’s Alternator with a digital meter or a voltage meter, the reading does not show any fixed Voltage. This fluctuation of voltage from the Alternator is called ripper. This ripper will cause the voltage signal of the sensors and actuators to fluctuate as well, causing the sensors and actuators to receive irregular signals. Thus producing inaccurate signals to car’s ECU and other electrical circuits and causes the performance of the car to be less than satisfactory. Sometimes, you may have noticed that high fluctuation of voltage (from voltage meter/gauge) and performance/power loss when loads (such as air-conditioning, headlights, sound system, electrical/electronics components and parts and etc…) are switched on.

The function of UTR Power Charger Evo series is to minimize this fluctuation of voltage, backup power from alternator (voltage supply) and improve performance, power and responsiveness. The differences between UTR Power Charger Evo series models are the performance. UTR Power Charger Evo 1300A series is for 1300cc & below engine capacity. UTR Power Charger Evo 1600A series is for 1800cc & below engine capacity. UTR Power Charger Evo 2000A series is for 2000cc & below engine capacity. UTR Power Charger Evo 3000 series is for 3000cc & below engine capacity. You can add more sets of UTR Power Charger Evo series for more performance for the car.

The performance of UTR Power Charger Evo 1300A series is around 30% to 3000 series. The performance of UTR Power Charger Evo 1600A series is around 50% to 3000 series. The performance of UTR Power Charger Evo 2000A series is around 70% - 80% to 3000 series. The performance of UTR Power Charger Evo 1300A series is around 50% to 2000A series. The performance of UTR Power Charger Evo 1600A series is around 70% - 80% to 2000A series. The performance of UTR Power Charger Evo 1300A series is around 70% - 80% to 1600A series.

The average lifespan of UTR Power Charger Evo series is around 5 years with 1 year warranty provided by Terminal 2 International LLP.

As for EPS Power Charger V3, EPS Power Charger V3 is for 1800cc & below engine capacity. The performance of EPS Power Charger V3 is between UTR Power Charger Evo 1600A series and UTR Power Charger Evo 2000A series. The performance of EPS Power Charger V3 is around 60% to UTR Power Charger Evo 3000 series. The performance of EPS Power Charger V3 is around 80% - 90% to UTR Power Charger Evo 2000A series.

Even though EPS Power Charger V3 is smaller in size, powerful and much cheaper in prices as compared to UTR Power Charger Evo series, the disadvantages are the lifespan of around 2 - 2.5 years where the design, materials used and quality are different from UTR Power Charger Evo series. EPS Power Charger V3 also comes with 1 year warranty from Terminal 2 International LLP.
